July - the month to striving for dream. We had a midyear review meeting on 6th, July 2014. It is our regular meeting of every year, we will review the work we have done and make a good plan for next midyear.

The meeting includes summary, Commendation, and plan for future.

Good trading result is the core of a company to be strong and boom. Adhering to idea of help each other, work as a team, all salesmen have a good trade result. Besides, we have benefit a lot from our last improve month, not only in sales, but also in all skills. Thanks for all of our dear partner, your highly support become who I am now. We stick together to work out the best solution for our every customer, discuss how to service better, how to supply product in better and better quality. To keep on learning products knowledge, to help each other as family is what we have been insist, as we know the fire will burn high when everybody adds wood to it.

Then, let’s move to thrilling Commendation part. Everyone have got award!

To thanks for all partners’ efforts and pay, our big boss prepared a big surprise for us, include cash, shopping card, Iphone 5s, Ipad and the paid vocation. It is our another traditional company culture, that we set goal for ourself and our team at the begin of year, if anyone achieved, then will have surprising award in summary meeting!

At the end, everyone make a work plan for next midyear. It help us know better what should we do and how to do better.
