On Oct.15th-19th 2014, Newstar Int's Sale & Service team participated in the 116th China Import and Export Fair at Pazhou exhibition.We show stone products including granite/marble tiles, countertop and vanity, stair and pavers, onyx etc. In fair, we Newstar team show enthusiastic attitude, professional services, proactive recommended for the customers depends on their area. It wins the high praise from the customer. Many of them expressed their willing to cooperate with us, even introduce the intention friends to our booth. Also many old customers came to visit us and place the order again. We have been committed to customer first, quality first, professional assurance, brand services, achieve win-win with the customer, so far, we have many customers all over the world.

IRIS:  “It looks very good, variety of products”, this is what our friends told us. They come from all over the world, like Middle East, European, Africa, USA, Central American, Australia etc. Many people visit several times in a row. They also decide to make a trip to our company. Our old partners visit our booth also recommend their friends. They introduce us: “Newstar is good, feedback fast, timely delivery, good packing. Choose Newstar is wise.”  “Newstar hen you ming”(it is Chinese, means Newstar is vary famous), a friend said in Chinese. The Canton Fair is a happy journey, whether newstars or new and old customers enjoyed our conversation. We're really thanks for their patience to us and their highly praise.

ANNIE: On the first day, there were not so much visitors. And that makes me able to have enough time to chat with one. It’s a nice experience. We talked from products to their work, country and family. After fair, we also kept in touch on line. On the second day, there were more customers. They came from all over the world, somewhere far away from China. They would like to find out their products or marketing chances. We’re happy to be able to help them with our patience and professional. I think I got a lot in the Canton Fair. Not only having more chances to communicate with customers directly, but also know their requirement at first. Thanks for all our old and new friends visit at our booth.
